At OnAir, we make it super easy to get the home entertainment devices you love! You can pay in fixed monthly installments via debit order. Once your contract is up, your payments stop, and the device is all yours. Just a heads-up: some of our packages come with extra benefits that might continue after your payment term ends. These are month-to-month subscriptions, and you can cancel them anytime if you no longer need them.
No. Although OnAir is an accredited reseller of DStv decoders and streaming devices, you still need a subscription from Multichoice to watch DStv.
It’s possible that you were charged for an extra benefit you agreed to during your sales call. Don’t worry, check your email for instructions on how to access those benefits; they’re all set up for you! If you’re still feeling unsure, just reach out to our Customer Care team for more information and support. And if you don’t recall agreeing to anything extra, no problem! Our team can listen to the sales call and help you out.
You’ll get updates via SMS, including a tracking number from the courier delivering your device. If you haven’t received any updates, no problem! Just reach out to our Customer Care team. We’ll follow up on your order and make sure your contact details are all correct.
All you need for delivery is your ID. If you need someone else to receive the delivery for you, just contact Customer Care for a copy of your sale agreement. You’ll need to print and sign it, and give it to the person accepting the delivery, along with a copy of your ID. Simple as that!
Yes. To get your settlement letter, just send a request to settlement@onairtv.co.za. You should receive your letter within 24 hours. It’s quick and easy!
