How does OnAir payment work?

Experience endless entertainment with OnAir TV’s fantastic finance options!

With OnAir you can get your decoder and pay for it in fixed monthly instalments. When you apply and are approved for a decoder, you will repay your decoder (inclusive of VAS products embedded in your decoder package) in 24 months. If there are VAS products you opt to add to your instalment, these will continue to be debited after the 24 months repayment period is over. Should you wish to cancel, you can email or call the customer care line at 0860 667 776.

What is VAS?

VAS is a term for non-core services, or, in short, all services beyond your instalment. VAS gives you great value for your money on top of what you already receive.

What will it cost me for the deal? Do I pay anything extra?

You will continue paying for your DStv subscription and services through MultiChoice. OnAir TV will debit you separately for your monthly fee over 24 months (dependent on the deal) for the hardware and installation.

Can I choose and setup a DStv package with OnAir?

No. You are required to independently sign up for a DStv MultiChoice subscription package. OnAir is only a decoder reseller with a recommended installer should you wish to get the decoder with installation.

How do I go about ordering?

I have been charged but I haven’t received anything

You were most likely charged for value-added services agreed to over the sales call. Our Customer Care Team will listen to the sales call and if you did not agree to the value-added services, you will be refunded.

Can I settle my account after having activated it?

Yes. You need to send a request to and you should receive a settlement letter within 24 hours.

No, it must be a MultiChoice Accredited installer, affiliated with OnAir TV.
