However, you’ll need to be within a coverage area, and the router must stay in one spot - it’s not portable like mobile data.

You'll then be shown a coverage map to check if Fixed LTE is available at your address. If it is, you can complete your entire order online, and we'll deliver your router right to your door!

For your convenience, the router arrives with the SIM card already inserted. Simply plug it in, and it will automatically activate. Your SIM should be active within 30 minutes. If it isn’t, try rebooting the router. While it’s rare, activation can take up to 48 hours in some cases. You’ll receive a 10GB welcome bundle to get you started. After that, your selected bundle and free monthly 20GB will be loaded every time your debit order goes through. If you run out of your welcome bundle and are still waiting for your first debit order, don’t worry, you can always buy top-up data in the meantime!

Yes, just contact us, and we’ll migrate you to your preferred package starting on the 1st day of the following month. Keep in mind that migrations can only happen 30 business days after your initial activation. If you’ve already migrated once, you’ll need to wait 30 business days from the debit order following your last migration before you can switch again.

Yes, you can update your Fixed LTE address up to 2 times per calendar year. However, if you’re moving to an area without coverage, you’ll need to go through our cancellation process.
