Does the DStv Streama give me access to content?
Not quite! While your Streama comes pre-loaded with DStv, Showmax, Netflix, and Prime Video, you’ll still need a subscription to log in and watch content on those platforms. The good news is, YouTube and YouTube Kids are free to use, so you can enjoy their content without any extra cost!
How do I connect my DStv Streama to my TV?
All you need to do is unbox your Streama, connect it to your home Wi-Fi or use an Ethernet cable, and then hook it up to your TV with an HDMI cable.
How do I connect my DStv Streama to the internet?
Connection to the internet is via built in WiFi. The DStv Streama can also be connected using an Ethernet cable (not included with device).
Can I download apps to the DStv Streama?
The DStv Streama does not have an app store, instead it comes with ready loaded apps ready for use. These apps are DStv, Showmax, Netflix, Prime Video, YouTube and YouTube Kids.
